Booting the SPARCstation

After several cups (cans? :) of coffee and meeters of Marlboro I now was ready to boot the SPARCstation.
I turn on the box and when the default boot process starts I have to interrupt it. This is done by holding down the STOP (L1) key and hitting the A key. We are now at the SPARC boot prompt. On my box I got a prompt that looks like this:

Type b (boot), c (continue), or n (new command mode)>

Now you can boot in two different ways. It may depend on the PROM revision. Type the following:

b le (,,)

or

b le (0,0,0)

On a PROM revision greater or equal to v2.0 you can type:

boot net

I also tried to type n to get the ok-prompt and then typed boot net. This one worked fine too.
The kernel started loading and after a while the wanted "Welcome to RedHat Linux" screen appeared.
And then it was time for a deserving cup of coffee.....
